Annual Awards Gala will take place on
April 16, 2007 at Martin's West in Baltimore,
MD. This spectacular event combines an
evening of recognition with a night of
prestige and celebration. Truly a recipe
for entertainment! Guests will taste a
variety of cuisines and enjoy a five star
dinner from RAM member restaurants. Gala
attendees will continue the evening with
dancing, gaming, music, live auctions
and much more. It is a unique evening
where old and new friends alike come together
to commemorate the truly dynamic stars

The 2007 Mid-Atlantic Food,
Beverage and Lodging EXPO
September 19-20, 2007

53rd Mid-Atlantic Food, Beverage and Lodging
EXPO will take place from 11 am to 5 pm
on September 19th and 20th at the Baltimore
Convention Center in the heart of Baltimore
City. If you are an Owner, Manager, Chef
or Decision Maker for a Restaurant, Food
and Beverage operation or any type of
hospitality business, mark your calendars
to attend! The EXPO attracts thousands
of attendees from the Mid-Atlantic region
and will feature 350 exhibitors, chef
demonstrations, educational industry seminars,
a beer garden, the ACF Chesapeake Chef
